Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@babsboutique.com or call (915) 301-2000 to request a return.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We'll provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Classes & Workshops

Registration fees for classes and workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or applied as credit toward a future class, subject to availability.
